MORE Roadrunners !!!

Yesterday we were headed out the door to run errands and this beautiful roadrunner decided to visit. He was totally unafraid and was in the mood to pose for some pictures, up close and personal. It was thrilling to be able to snap these pictures...I hope everyone enjoys seeing them as much as I enjoyed taking them. We have a lot of roadrunner pictures, because my daughter Heather is really intrigued by them and loves seeing the pictures.

He's about had it with the picture posing here....I think he was waiting to be given some raw hamburger which we didn't have then, but do have on hand now for his next visit. Heather..I'll keep trying for a picture with his tail up instead of down.
